Children are a treasure and an important part of our church family. The Lord blesses us with growing families that keep us active and exciting.
At Salt + Light, we noticed an issue when families walked into church, where the adults turned left for the sanctuary and the children turned right for children's church. We now aim to have the family learn, grow, and worship together. Children remain with us during our Sunday morning service. They may color a picture or eat a snack, but often times we are reminded of how much our children enjoy the music, listen to the sermon, and engage in worship as they watch others. We do also have a quiet nursery as well as a playroom, each equipped with monitors so parents can attend to the needs of their children and still observe the service, if they'd like.
